Rotisserie Chicken in Crockpot
Very cheap & easy!!!

Whole chicken is something that I always find on sale for less than $1 per pound!

Since I work full time outside of my home, I rarely have time to cook them in the oven. Well, maybe on the weekends, but I would still cook it this way.

I know plenty of stay at home moms that don't have time either, so this recipe is great for anyone.

This recipe comes out so juicy and delicious. My family asks for it all the time.

Use any seasonings that you like. This is my favorite mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Black or White Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Onion, chopped (optional)
  • 4-6 Red Potatoes, quartered (optional)

Directions

Mix spices in a bowl.

If necessary, remove giblets from inside of chicken. Rinse inside and outside of chicken and pat dry with paper towels.

Coat the chicken with spice mixture. Patting it on well.

Place onions and potatoes in the bottom of the Crockpot and add the whole chicken on top.

Cook on low 4-6 hours or until chicken is falling off the bone.
